Designing a New UI to Simplify GRC Across L’Oréal

SAP’s Access Control solution is used by thousands of their largest customers – but very few would claim it was easy to understand.  Hear how L’Oréal has transformed user experience by implementing their own UI using SAP Fiori.

We caught up with Camilo Charry-Gonzalez, Ethics, Risk & Compliance IT Manager at L’Oréal who explained that the end users struggled to understand the origin of risks, and had difficulties using the solution’s standard UI. This created a pain point in internal control and IT: users needed extensive training and managing the segregation of business risk was difficult.
